Camila Bollinger Obituary

Camila Jo Bollinger

Mar 18, 2009 - Mar 25, 2025

Monroeville

Camila Jo Bollinger, 16, of Monroeville, was welcomed into heaven Tuesday, March 25, 2025.

She was born March 18, 2009, in Bellevue. She was a freshman at Monroeville High School, where she was involved in theater, track, and choir. Camila found peace in nature and had a creative spirit. She expressed her creativity through homemade gifts tailored to her loved ones' personalities, heartfelt short stories, and her deep passion for music. Her favorite moments were spending time with her family, especially the annual trips with her aunt and siblings, and they will all miss her beyond words.

She is survived by her maternal grandfather, Paul Bollinger of Monroeville; her maternal grandmother, Kathy Cramer of Sandusky; two sisters, Calista Robinson and Layla Gardner; one brother, Karsin George; her aunt, Trisha Bollinger; her uncle, Jacob (Samantha) Bollinger; her cousin, Annabella Bollinger; her furry best friends and companions, Moe and Ice; and numerous other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Amanda Bollinger; her father, Joe Buchanan; and her sister in infancy, Kyla.

Family services have taken place.

We miss you so much sweet girl!! I miss your bubbly laugh, your smile, the way you were always so sweet to everyone. I miss walking around the halls at school and seeing you and Ariel and always saying hi, I always got a great answer back. You were Ariel´s ride or die, you always were hanging out with her, walking the halls with her, laughing with her. You were a light in our lives and we cannot wait to see you again in heaven. Love you sweet Camilla!! xoxo, Cara

Camila was my best friend and I rememeber it was my birthday and hers so we went to ghostly manor for mine and the trampoline park for hers. our birthdays were just a couple of days apart but we still enjoyed the time together. everytime we got tired we would get back up to go play again. she always made sure everything was okay for me and I remember saying camila stop it's fine everything's fine because she wanted everything to be perfect. on the way home I had one of her headphones in my ear and we were singing lose control and her brother was getting so annoyed but we just laughed and that's the memory I will always have of her.

I wasn't close to Camila but we bonded at NBC over her love for theater and choir. Are conversation always end up in theater . To the family and friends who are hurting. She is an amazing girl. Don't blame yourselves. I believe She wouldn't want that. But I can't read her mind. We will miss her so much at NBC. I'm sorry for your loss. Lots of prayer to the family and friends.

Clinging to the memories of backstage silliness, the joy of her laughter, and that beautiful voice... Precious Camila, it was an honor to guide and direct you on that stage. You are so very loved, are already so very missed, and you were never, ever alone, sweet girl.

"No one is alone
Hard to see the light now
Just don't let it go
Things will come out right now
We can make it so
Someone is on your side
No one is alone
