To all the family and friends of Dallas McKinley, (A.K.A.) Tick. Which I called him...
My heart is truly saddened that he is gone. I can't believe it!
We never know when God is going to call on us to come home. Sometimes in the blink of an eye.
I've known Tick pretty much all my life...
We grew up together in the same neighborhood, a block from each other. Though I'm a few years older then him. I also knew the whole family... I go down and always play kick ball with him and his siblings and other friends in their driveway on weekends. Going to the same elementary school.
Though through the years we lost touch of one another. Just through life's journeys. I'll never forget those years growing up! But being back the last 30 years, I've ran across Dallas again here and there. Then frequently, through my job, where he would come to shop. Anyway, he had this infectious laugh! He always made me smile or laugh as well. What a character he was!! So funny... Very kind hearted and giving.
He will be truly missed!!
May God be with you all and mend your broken hearts...
The Lord Bless you and keep you.
The Lord lift his face to shine upon you and give you peace. Amen...

Even when all of the Perkins families grew up and moved out of Perkins I never stop praying, fasting, and waiting on a answer to where is all of our Perkins neighborhood families at...when I don't see any of you I begin to be worried and pray about you all. It turns out I found out about you too late...I am so sorry I believe your going home to be with our Lord Jesus and yes, your gonna have a nice time with heavenly choirs and scriptures.
