Daniel Dingus, 56, of Sandusky, passed away Sunday, Jan. 29, 2023, after a long illness.
He was born Sept. 13, 1966, in Sandusky, to Robert and Sheryl (Lichty) Dingus.
Dan is survived by his spouse, Terri Dingus; children, Christopher (Amanda), Heather, and Dylan (Julia); grandchildren, Madison, Brady, Greyson, Matthew, and Jazzmen; brother, Tim (Angie); sister, Racheal (Josh); numerous nieces and nephews; best friends, Jeff K., Jeff R., Greg J., and Captain Dave; and loyal companion, Buddy the beagle.
He was preceded in death by his brother, David.
Dan asked for the family to have a celebration of his life later this summer with a cook-out.
Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, 2001 Columbus Ave., Sandusky, is handling arrangements.
