Diana London, 81, residing in Sandusky, passed away Friday, April 4, 2025, at Stein Hospice Care Center after a lengthy illness.

Diana was born July 4, 1943, in Alice, Texas to the late Crispin Rene and Zulema (Orta) Ortiz Sr.

Diana graduated from Port Clinton High School in 1961. She was employed as a cashier at Kroger for 25 years and was the owner and operator of Feminique Figure Salon. Diana was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church where she volunteered and cooked for the rectory and was a member of the parish choir. In her spare time, she enjoyed spending time with her family.

Diana is survived by her husband of 59 years, Gary London, whom she married on June 17, 1966. She is also survived by her son, Michael (Karen) London; daughter, Michelle (Patrick) Bolinger; and son, Jeffery London; 12 grandchildren, Racquel, Ian, Corey, Mariah, Eve, Isabella, Garrhett, Jade, Michaela, Magdalena, Philomena, and Veronica; six great-grandchildren, Wren, Sergio, Phoebe, London, Hudson, and Sedona; sister, Guadalupe (Ken); sister, Marianne; brother, Joseph (Linda); sister, Andrea (Richard); sister, Olivia; sister, Alice (Tim); sister, Diamond (Jerry); and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

In addition to her parents, Diana is preceded in death by two brothers, Ramiro and Crispin Jr.; brother-in-law, Robert Young; and nephew, Donnie Rogers.

Friends may call from 4-7 p.m. Tuesday, April 15, 2025, at Groff Funeral Homes & Crematory, 1607 E. Perkins Ave., Sandusky. Prayers will be recited at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at the funeral home. Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 429 Central Ave. Sandusky. Burial will follow at Meadow Green Memorial Park, Huron.

Diana was a dearly loved family friend to our entire family. Her son Michael was my brother´s good friend all through high school. Unfortunately I´ll be out of town during her memorial services. My deepest condolences to the entire London family. She´ll be forever in my heart. My thoughts and prayers will be with you .

Gary, Mike, Michelle and Jeff...I am at a loss of words...my heart is broken...your mom was a big part of my childhood and left an everlasting imprint on my heart...I have the best memories of all of us as children hanging out dancing and having a good time on First St...I am sending all of you love. May you all find comfort in each other and loved ones...RIP Diana.
