In loving memory of Edmond W. Dangler, 72, who passed away Tuesday, Jan. 24, 2023, at Firelands Regional Medical Center.

He was the loving husband of almost 40 years to Deborah L. Dangler, loving father of Ryan (Allison) Dangler and Jessica (Brian) Dietrick, most amazing Pop-Pop to Kayla, Lucy, Avery, and Hudson, and loving brother to Carol (Jimmy) Vacchiano, David Dangler, and Joseph Dangler.

Ed was preceded in death by his parents, Ethel (Fette) and Joseph Dangler; and brother, Richard Dangler.

Edmond will be deeply missed by all who knew him. One of the kindest souls on this planet, he was a gentle giving man who worked tirelessly to ensure that his family had everything they needed. He faced every challenge in life with admirable strength and courage.

Early in life, Ed learned the importance of hard work, starting in 1986 at Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson, New Jersey, and ending a 45-year long career in the amusement park business at Cedar Point in Sandusky. He was a man of very strong faith and he taught us the importance of family, hard work, and doing what is right.

He was a humble man of a generation of knowledge and hands on experience who whittled everything he touched, heart, soul, or otherwise, into something better. Ed continued to make life better for hundreds of others after death with a tissue, bone, and eye donation through Arrangements Ohio.

While our hearts are sad, we try to remain strong.

A celebration of life will be 12-3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 25, 2023, at Mesenberg's Event Center, Huron.

Eddie, you are now at peace, but you will live on forever in all our hearts. We love you so much! Rest in peace. Friend, Husband, Father, and Pop-Pop.
