May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

Today I am saddened of hearing about Ed's passing, he not only representing me throughout my life he also was a friend. Ed had a way with words, he was always quick to comment on what was going on in my life and the reason that I came to see him, after we would discuss whatever the legalities were at the time, the seriousness of the situation didn't seem so bad because I knew Ed was handling it, and he would never fail to hand down some good advice for my life he had a way with words that's for sure thanks for everything Ed my friend

To the all. What a great man. I have known him since I was 18 years old. He has been threw all my life testimony Iam truly heart broken. The joy I seen in his eyes and face when he was in church. Was such a blessing. That I will always cherish. And just Ed being Ed.

Dear Liz and family, we were so glad to know your Dad. We were just talking about him this last weekend and reminiscing about Rattlesnake island adventures with your family. He was quite charismatic and ready for a party! I can still see Mike and your Dad up at the helm of the Midnight Lace. Our family has many wonderful memories with the Rhodes. Liz, I am so sorry to hear about the sudden passing of your father. He was a fixture on Rattlesnake and we will miss him and his buoyant energy. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Liz, im so sorry for your loss. Your dad started out as Bill's lawyer and quickly became a dear friend to us. I was in shock when Tammy called me, and my heart breaks for your family. Ed had a big heart, and always had a great story to share. He will be missed. -Bill and Tracy Lynn

I had the pleasure of sitting with Ed at a couple of ski club banquets, I enjoyed his stories and conversation. My sympathy to his family.

We where stationed in Fresno Cal w/Ed babysat his 1st daughter had great times w/them

Words cannot express what Ed has done for me and my family members over the years. He has guided us through tough times and been there when most others have not. He was like a brother to my father and me and I loved his sense of humor and his stories were always the best.

I will miss you deeply my brother but The Father have you now I will be there for family wene they need me I have Tammy too fly high with the Angels until we meet again.

My deepest deepest condolence to the Roadie family Edward was a very nice gentleman he helped me when I needed help may God give his family comfort and strength much love to the family

You were such a good Lawyer and a very kind person and a very nice friend .R.I.H Ed. You also was so classy . Thank you for everytime you helped me

so many great memories met your dad when he just bought his catamaran not knowing how to sail i was fortunate enough to spend a lot of time with him- i can´t think of ed without it bringing s as smile y to my face
