Erica Lynn (Johnson) Alley, 36, of Sandusky, passed away Friday, Aug. 26, 2022, as the result of an accident.
She was born Feb. 27, 1986, in Sandusky, to Russell Johnson and Cheryl (Lentz) Linkenbach. She was a 2004 graduate of Perkins High School. She was a legal secretary at Attorney Duane Galloway's office and was currently employed with Erie County Juvenile Court as a clerk.
Erica loved painting, reading, her cat, Leo, and hanging out with friends.
She is survived by her daughter, Aaliyah Alley of Sandusky; mother, Cheryl (Jeffrey) Linkenbach; father, Russell Johnson; sister, Tiffany (Adam) Righi; niece, Lydia Righi; maternal grandparents, Allen and Sharon Lentz; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
Cremation will take place. Friends may call 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 2, 2022, until a celebration of Erica's life at 12:30 p.m. at Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, 2001 Columbus Ave., Sandusky.
In honor of Erica, her favorite color was pink, so feel free to wear pink and come as you are.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made for the benefit of her daughter, Aaliyah, in care of 2418 W. Bogart Rd., Sandusky, Ohio, 44870.
