Evelyn A. Ruffing, 95, formerly of Monroeville, passed away peacefully at Norwalk Memorial Home Friday, December 27, 2024.
She is survived by two daughters, one son, eight grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and many nieces, and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Francis, one daughter, and one son.
A funeral mass will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, January 8, 2025, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Monroeville. A luncheon will follow at St. Joseph's Social Center. There will be no visitation, and a private burial will be at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, please donate in her name to the charity of your choice.
Pfeil Funeral Home, Monroeville Chapel, 109 Monroe Street, Monroeville has been entrusted with arrangements.

I have known Evelyn from many years past when we belonged to the St Gerard Study Club. I got reaquanted with her at Memorial home as I distributed communion once a month to residences. She was a lovely person and will be greatly missed.
