Fannie Louise Parker Morgan, 84, of Sandusky, transitioned into eternal rest Friday, Nov. 4, 2022, at MetroHealth Cleveland Hospital.

She was born in Mississippi to the late Kennis George and L.A. (Gowdy) Parker. Fannie accepted Christ as her personal savior at an early age and, after relocating to Sandusky, united with Assembly of Jesus Christ church under the leadership of Elder Johnnie Cross and later united with East Parish Street Church of Christ.

Fannie was blessed with a loving and close-knit family and leaves to cherish her memory her children, two daughters, Gladys Knight and Penny S. Brown, both of Sandusky; two sons, Rodriquoes "Roger" (Tania) Morgan of Sandusky and Peter J. Brown of Bellevue, Nebraska; and Jazzmon Unique Morgan of Waldorf, Maryland, and Sa'Quia Somone (Raymond) Hill of Columbus, Ohio; two sisters, Lorraine (Parker) Davis and Joanne Parker, both of Sandusky; two brothers, Joe Parker and Robert James (Fannie) Parker, both of Sandusky; 17 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; two sisters-in-law, Geneva Parker of Sandusky and Barbara Parker of Columbus; special friend, Betty Davis of Sandusky; and a host of other relatives and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Elisa Morgan; grandparents, Richard and Sally Gowdy; two sisters, Georgia Mae Moore and Emma Yarbo; and two brothers, Delmarnez "David" Parker and Kenneth Parker.

Friends and family may call 10 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2022, until the time of Fannie's funeral at 12 p.m. at East Parish Street Church of Christ, 1219 E. Parish St., Sandusky. Entombment will follow at Oakland Cemetery.
