Frederick T. Roth, 85, of Norwalk, passed away peacefully Sunday, July 20, 2025, at Gaymont Nursing Center. He was born July 25, 1939, to the late Frank and Vernice (Baker) Roth.
A lifelong resident of the area, Frederick graduated from St. Paul Catholic High School and proudly served his country in the National Guard. He was a devoted member of St. Alphonsus Catholic Church.
Frederick had a deep love for his farm, a passion for motorcycles, and an appreciation for firearms. Above all, he cherished the time spent with his family, especially his grandchildren, who brought him immense joy.
Frederick is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Anne (Wangler) Roth; his children, Allen (Kristy) Roth, Tonia (Rodney) Villaloboz, and Laurel (Robert) Angel; his siblings, Carol Mclaughlin, Larry (Gloria) Roth, Michael (Terry) Roth, and Russell (Jean) Roth; he is also survived by nine grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in passing by his parents, Frank and Vernice Roth.
Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Thursday, July 31, 2025, at Walker-Eastman-Heydinger Funeral Home, 98 West Main St., Norwalk. Funeral Mass and burial will take place at 11 a.m. Friday, August 1, 2025, at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, 1322 Settlement Rd., Norwalk.
Memorial contribu-tions made in Frederick's name can be made St. Alphonsus Catholic Church.

Tough, gritty, intelligent, and deeply loving - those are the first words that come to mind when I think of my Uncle Fred. He had the mind of an engineer and the heart of a lion, always quick with a solution and even quicker with a smile and chuckle. I still remember celebrating his 50th birthday like it was yesterday - a reminder of just how fleeting time can be. We were truly blessed to share so many meaningful moments with him, right up to his final days. Uncle Fred, may your spirit rest in eternal peace. Keep watching over us from above.
