Helen Marie (Bowman) Keeler, 90, of Sandusky, passed away Friday, Dec. 9, 2022, at her residence.
She was born Oct. 11, 1932, in Sycamore, to the late Lester and Margaret Bowman.
Helen was employed by Cohn's, May Company, Kaufman's, and Macy's for over 30 years.
She loved her crafts, painting figurines, collecting, shopping, flowers, going to the casino, going to Celine Dion concerts, and being with her dog, Parker.
She is survived by her son, Steve Keeler; daughter, Dianne (Lloyd Stover) Dix; grandchildren, Amanda (Dix) Darryl Entwistle, Tyler (Natalie) Dix, amnd Jonathan (Karrah) Folk; great-grandchildren, Kaden Folk, Kiptyn Folk, James and Jett Dix, and Elsie Entwistle; and longtime companion, her dog, Parker.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Keeler; parents; and beloved son-in-law, Kevin Dix.
Friends may call 12:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 15, 2022, until the time of Helen's funeral at 1:30 p.m. at Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, 2001 Columbus Ave., Sandusky. Burial will follow at Meadow Green Memorial Park, Huron.
Memorial contributions in Helen's name may be made to Cancer Services of Erie County, 505 E. Perkins Ave., Sandusky, Ohio, 44870. Condolences may be made to the family by visiting toftfuneralhome.com.
