Linda S. Huff, 70, of Castalia, passed away Monday morning, April 29, 2024, at Stein Hospice Care Center, Sandusky, following a brief illness.
She was born Feb. 5, 1954, in Sandusky, and attended Margaretta High School. She was a dental bookkeeper for over 20 years. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Sandusky, American Legion Auxiliary, and Orioles Club. Linda loved spending her winters down in Florida, taking trips to wineries, spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and enjoyed reading.
She is survived by her husband, John Huff; son, Roger Huff; grandchildren, Taylor (Matt) Schaffer and Nick Griffin; great-grandchildren, Lola and Finley Schaffer; brothers, Rick (Carol) Spencer, Randy Spencer, and Jeff (Pat) Spencer; and many nieces and nephews.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents, James and Evelyn (Hyde) Spencer; and daughter, Catherine Huff-Griffin.
Visitation for friends will be 2-5 p.m. Sunday, May 5, 2024, at Ransom Funeral & Cremation Service, 610 S. Washington St., Castalia. Private family entombment will take place at a later date.
Memorials may be made to Stein Hospice Services, 1200 Sycamore Line, Sandusky, Ohio, 44870.

John, I'm so sorry for your loss. Linda is going to be missed by many. She was a great friend in so many ways to me and her smile would light up the world around her. I'll have lovely memories of her always!

Family gatherings will never be the same, always so full of cheer, joy and asking how everything's been, welcoming with hugs and the biggest smile.. I don't believe I've ever seen you upset angry or pissed off you were always the light in a dim room with laughter.. now your with grandma grandpa and Cathey again.. love you Auntie fly high Angel.
