Castalia

Linda S. Huff, 70, of Castalia, passed away Monday morning, April 29, 2024, at Stein Hospice Care Center, Sandusky, following a brief illness.

She was born Feb. 5, 1954, in Sandusky, and attended Margaretta High School. She was a dental bookkeeper for over 20 years. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Sandusky, American Legion Auxiliary, and Orioles Club. Linda loved spending her winters down in Florida, taking trips to wineries, spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and enjoyed reading.

She is survived by her husband, John Huff; son, Roger Huff; grandchildren, Taylor (Matt) Schaffer and Nick Griffin; great-grandchildren, Lola and Finley Schaffer; brothers, Rick (Carol) Spencer, Randy Spencer, and Jeff (Pat) Spencer; and many nieces and nephews.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents, James and Evelyn (Hyde) Spencer; and daughter, Catherine Huff-Griffin.

Visitation for friends will be 2-5 p.m. Sunday, May 5, 2024, at Ransom Funeral & Cremation Service, 610 S. Washington St., Castalia. Private family entombment will take place at a later date.

Memorials may be made to Stein Hospice Services, 1200 Sycamore Line, Sandusky, Ohio, 44870.
