Lynn Zahniser Obituary

Lynn Marie "Binnie" Zahniser

Dec 8, 1953 - Jan 13, 2024

Toledo

Lynn Marie "Binnie" Zahniser, 70, of Toledo, passed away and went to be with the Lord on Saturday, Jan. 13, 2024, at University of Michigan Hospital after a long and courageous battle with liver disease.

Lynn was born Dec. 8, 1953, in Sandusky, to Ray and Nancy (Ludwig) Zahniser.

Lynn graduated from Sandusky High School in 1972. She was a graduate of Toledo Barber School and retired from General Motors Hyrdramatic in Toledo with over 25 years of service.

A woman of faith, she had a strong and deep relationship with Jesus Christ. Her faith was very important to her and how she lived her everyday life. Lynn's family was also very important to her. Her grandchildren, Kyler, Dylan, and Myranda, meant the world to her. The time spent and the memories made will forever be remembered by them. Not only will her family miss her, but two special dogs, Oscar and Daisy, will miss her generous signature head pets. Lynn's love and infectious smile will forever be missed by those who knew her. This is not goodbye, but we will see you again!

Those left to forever cherish her memory are her daughter, Starr Stockton; grandchildren, Kyler Zielinski, Dylan Bottles, and Myranda Bottles; siblings, Rae Sue Zahniser (Ken), Mike Zahniser, Zee Zahniser (Barb), and David Zahniser; and special nieces and nephews, Rachel Flynn (Jack), Carly Zahniser, Luke Zahniser, and Pari Harris (Blake).

Lynn was preceded in death and greeted in Heaven by her parents; and grandparents, Roy and Helen Zahniser.

Visitation for family friends will be 3 p.m. Friday, Jan. 19, 2024, until the time of prayers at 6 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3655 King Road, Toledo, Ohio, 43617.
