Carmen was a beautiful light in this world. Each Sunday she would greet me with a smile & hug as I greeted her at the door at Holy Angels. I will dearly miss her

I´ve never meant a more carding person as Carmen. She was so loving and always quick with a hug. She will be missed at Holy Angels. One less Angel on earth and one more Angel in Heaven. With Love. Sharon Braun

Maria and Doug would come into the Ohio Veterans Home weekly to visit Doug's sister. They were such a beautiful in love couple! I loved the story they always shared of how Doug went to Spain and brought back the best souvenir possible....Maria! The whole unit looked forward to seeing them!!!

I lived in Bayview with my family from 1954 to 1966 when we moved to Venice. I delivered newspapers and although I don't remember Maria, I shared the love of family in Bayview. I lost brother in Vietnam in 1969 and my mother in 2021 at the age of 94, and they are always in my prayers as Maria will be too. My condolences to her family.

So sorry for your loss. I will remember her at our knitting sessions. She brought so many scrumptious cookies and one time she brought a Flan that was soooo good. I will miss her so much.

Maria was our neighbor in Bay View. I grew up with her children . I got to know her again through Holy Angels church as an adult . She was one of the kindest people I've ever known . A true Christian. So faith filled . She will be sadly missed by everyone who was lucky enough to know her. Keeping Rick, Anna, Kim close in my heart and thoughts . Love Tammy
