Maxine (Webb) Chamberlain, 101, residing in Sandusky, passed away Friday evening, April 11, 2025, at home.
Maxine was born August 16, 1923, in Mendon, Ohio, to the late Tony and Ada Mae (Lamond) Webb.
Maxine enjoyed watching game shows, playing cards, mahjong, baking, and spending time with her family and friends.
Maxine is survived by her granddaughter, Linda (Chris Holland) Bittner of Sandusky, and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
In addition to her parents, Maxine is preceded in death by husband, Robert Chamberlain; daughter, Claudia Jean Turner; grandson, Elmer John Turner III; son-in-law, James Bittner; and eight brothers and her sister.
Graveside Service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 17, 2025, at Meadow Green Memorial Park, Huron, with Pastor Wally Gilbert presiding. Groff Funeral Homes & Crematory will be assisting family with arrangements.
