Mike we grew up together although first cousins we were more like brother and sister, you would chase me with spiders, and I remember sitting on your head in the snow, we stayed with our grandma and we would sneak upstairs to watch spooky shows which of course we weren't supposed to be doing, but you will not be forgotten, fly high and say Hi to grandma for me, love, your cousin Annette
