Norman A. Griggs, 65, of Sandusky, died Monday, August 4, 2025.

He was born November 24, 1959, in Sandusky. Norman will be greatly missed. He was a friend to all he met. He had a kind and loving heart. He had a great sense of humor. He was extremely observant and used his many talents to lend a hand to fix or build whatever was needed. He volunteered at Victory Kitchen and Care & Share, where he developed many long-lasting friendships with a lot of people. During his time at Care & Share, Norm was instrumental in helping them start a new program that delivers choice food boxes to seniors and the disabled.

He is survived by his siblings, Alan (Jackie) Griggs, Edward Griggs, Jeff (Rachel) Griggs, Bill Conley; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins; and special friends, Anita and Chris Kromer.

Norman was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Elizabeth Griggs; siblings, Robert Griggs Jr., Fred Griggs and Pamela Conley.

A Celebration of Life will take place from 5:30-7 p.m. August 8, 2025, for family and friends at First Presbyterian Church, in the Commons Room, 265 Jackson St., Sandusky, Ohio 44870. Please use entrance off of Washington St.

Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, 2001 Columbus Ave., Sandusky, Ohio 44870, is assisting the family with arrangements.

Memorial contribu-tions can be made to Care and Share of Erie County, 241 Jackson St., Sandusky, Ohio 44870.
