Priscilla Leibacher, 84, died Friday, Jan. 27, 2023.
Priscilla was born July 24, 1938, in St. Louis, Missouri, and was the daughter of Loderic and Loraine Ayo. She married John Leibacher. Priscilla was a graduate of Fairborn High School and Indiana University.
She was the retired director of Youth Service Bureau of Greene County where she was employed for 19 years. She was a naturalist, gave 15 years of service as a court appointed special advocate, life member of Girl Scouts of America, and member of Master Gardeners of Greene County, Friends of the Library, and choir member of Holy Name Catholic Church.
Priscilla's survivors include three children, J. Scot Leibacher of Terre Haute, and Michaele (Mickie) R. Leibacher and Brian J. Leibacher, both of of Greene County; two daughters-in-law, Jennifer and Leah; and three granddaughters, Jillian, Cordelia, and Ripley.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother; husband; and grandson, Jeremy.
Funeral Mass will be 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 3, 2023, at Holy Name Catholic Church in Bloomfield, Indiana, with the Rev. Simon Natha officiating. Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Friday at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggest memorial contributions be made to Make a Wish Foundation at website wish.org, Friends of Bloomfield Public Library, 125 S. Franklin Street, Bloomfield, Indiana, 47424, Holy Name Catholic Church, 700 Lincoln Drive, Bloomfield, Indiana, 47424, or Master Gardeners of Greene County, in care of Brenda Hughes, 112 W. Mechanic Street, Bloomfield, Indiana, 47424.
