Raymond Parsons, 66, of Bellevue, passed away at his home Thursday, February 6, 2025. He was born December 9, 1958, in Valley View, the son of Raymond H. and Marie (Berry) Parsons.
Ray owned and operated Pro Power Equipment in Bellevue with his wife, Linda. He was a quadriplegic for 25 years, but this did not limit his abilities. He could fix anything and was an expert in working on motors. He was an artist and very creative person, as well as an avid dog lover.
He is survived by his wife, Linda (Scakacs), whom he married June 21, 1997, in Bellevue; sister, Pamela (Ralph) Strong of Canal Fulton; brother-in-law, Kenneth (Pamela) Scakacs of North Ridgeville; nephews and nieces: Jacob Scakacs of North Ridgeville, Joshua (Katrina) Scakacs of Avon, Lindsay Strong of Cedarville, Michigan and Caty (Jeremy) Mundell of Pickford, Michigan.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Friends will be received from 1-4 p.m. Sunday, February 9, 2025, at Foos & Foos Funeral Service, 151 Yorkshire Place, Bellevue. Funeral service will begin at 11 a.m. Monday, February 10, 2025. Burial will follow at Bellevue Cemetery.

Over the last 15 plus years Ray became more than our lawnmower fix-it-man. We considered him as a friend. He was a kindhearted person that always put his family, friends, and clients first. We will miss him very much. Our thoughts are with you Linda.
