Renee Maria Dutton (nee Tomcheski), 88 of Sandusky, passed away Monday, November 3, 2025. She was the beloved wife of the late John "Jack" Dutton; loving mother of Terri (Bryan) Drohan of Hudson, Lisa (the late Colman McCord) Dutton of Sandusky, and the late Jon Edward Dutton and Mark Dutton; cherished grandmother of Chelsea Drohan, Dr. Callie Drohan (Dr. Shantanu Warhadpande), and Brynne Svarz (Max Svarz); dear great-grandmother of Mira Warhadpande and Bennett Svarz; stepgrandmother of Tina and Evan McCord; and great aunt of Corey Metcalf.
Renee was born in Connecticut and moved to Ohio with her family as a teenager. She was an avid outdoorswoman and birder, and loved family trips to her beloved East Coast. She doted on her grandchildren. Renee retired from Perkins Local School District, where she taught elementary school students.
