Roberta M. "Bobbe" (Snyder) Dickman, 80, of Castalia, passed away Sunday, Jan. 15, 2023, at Stein Hospice Care Center surrounded by her family after a lengthy illness.

Bobbe was born Oct. 5, 1942, in Port Clinton, to the late Clifford and Helen (Clark) Snyder.

Bobbe was a 1960 graduate of Sandusky High School. She met and married the love of her life, Wilbert D. "Dick" Dickman, on May 6, 1961, and they had a wonderful life together, enjoying Amish Country visits, working in the yard together, and going to the local Farmers Markets with their grandchildren. Bobbe worked at Third National Bank, Sandusky, and retired from Firelands Hospital after working in medical records for many years. She was an avid Cleveland Indians fan who also thoroughly enjoyed staying connected with family and friends on Facebook. She loved playing cards, reading, watching the Indians and Patriots games, and most importantly, her grandchildren and great-grandchildren meant the world to her.

Bobbe is survived by her sons, Scott (Vicki) Dickman of Castalia and Clifford Dickman of Las Vegas, Nevada; daughter, Denise Dickman of Sandusky; three grandchildren, Erica (Adam) Cok of Bascom, Ashly (Andrew) Brumenschenkel of Lorain, and Kylie Dickman of Lorain; three great-grandchildren, Carsyn, Logan, and Keegan; brother, Dean Pixley of Sandusky; two special nieces, Kelli (Alex) Garza of Clyde and Teresa St. John of Clyde; and several great-nieces, great-nephews, and other relatives.

In addition to her parents, Bobbe was preceded in death by her husband, Wilbert D. "Dick" Dickman; and siblings, Dicliff (Doris) Snyder, Elsie Kucha, Penny Milliser, and Ada Chichester.

Bobbe's celebration of life will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 21, 2023, at Sandusky Church of the Nazarene, 1617 Milan Rd., Sandusky, Ohio, 44870, with Pastor Ryan Brown presiding. Inurnment will take place at Meadow Green Memorial Park, Huron, at a later date where she will be joined alongside her husband.
