Ronald Keith "Ronnie" Cleveland, 63, of Cleveland, Tennessee, and formerly of Green Springs, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 9, 2023, in Tennessee.

He was born April 27, 1960, in Grundy, Virginia, to Ray and Margie Clevinger. He grew up in Clyde and attended Clyde schools. He worked in construction and was a member of Laborers Local 480 Union, retiring in 2013. He married Melody Bigler on April 16, 2015, and she survives.

Ronnie's other survivors include his son, John (Taylor); granddaughter, Riley of Columbus; mother, Margie Howard of Clyde; brother, Michael (Kimberly) of Republic; sister, Tammy McFellin of Tampa, Florida; father, Ray Clevinger of Tampa, Florida; several nieces and nephews; and a host of good friends that loved him dearly.

He was preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents of Virginia; and stepfather, Arvil Howard of Clyde.

He enjoyed NASCAR racing, Ohio State, Cleveland Browns football, listening to music, and riding his Harley.

May he rest in peace. His presence will be greatly missed.

Ronnie's celebration of life will be 2-5 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 26, 2023, at First Baptist Church, 620 Brown St., Clyde.

Ronnie was my brothers good friend. They´re together in heaven again. God Bless his family. I just saw this as his mom passed.
