Tammy (Henry) Dewiel, 62, of New London, passed away Sunday, Aug. 21, 2022, at Gaymont Nursing Center.

She was born Sept. 18, 1959, in Gallipolis, Ohio, to the late Robert and Jessie Joann (Lane) Henry. She was a painter and had a passion for music and concerts. She was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan and enjoyed fishing, spending time with her grandchildren, and was known as a jokester. She was an animal lover, especially enjoyed her cat "boy."

She is survived by her children, Angela Schiffer of Mansfield, Art (Brittany) Dewiel of Norwalk, Rodney Dewiel of New London, and Kimberly Dewiel of Clarksfield; grandchildren, Hailey, Caitlynn, Brenndon, Brooklyn, Tessa, Lexi, Max, Jaxsin, and Travis; siblings, Kathy (Dave) Illig of Texas, Kay (Fred) Leimeister of Collins, and Robert "Will" Henry of Norwalk; and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Michael (LaDonna) Henry.

A celebration of life gathering will be 4-6 p.m. Monday, Aug. 29, 2022, at Evans Funeral Home, 314 E. Main Street, Norwalk. Private interment will be at a later date at Oakland Cemetery, Sandusky.
