Tracy Lee Fleming, 55, of Sandusky, passed away peacefully Sunday, Nov. 5, 2023, with her family by her side every step of the way. She had an amazing support system.
She was born June 26, 1968, in Norwalk, to Shirley Ramback and Roy Fleming.
Roy and Shirley parted ways and Tracy became a sister with half-siblings, Carl, Stacy, Tonya, Katrina, and Troy.
Tracy had children of her own, Brittany, Rayne, Autumn, Dayne, and Kyra.
She was preceded in death by her son, Jacob.
She was strong and also stubborn at times, but she also had an enormous heart.
Her family and friends will remember all the good times Tracy had with them. Her laugh and smile would always brighten the room. She will be dearly missed, but will be looking down on her loved ones and forever be in our hearts.
Tracy's celebration of life will start with visitation at 2 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 9, 2023, until the time of her service at 3 p.m. at Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, 2001 Columbus Ave., Sandusky. Chaplain Melvin Jackson will officiate.

Our daughters were friends for years. Maddie always loved going to Tracy's. She said she was her 2nd mom. I seen Tracy a few months ago and was so sad to hear of her struggles. She was always friendly and sweet. A great mom to her girls! Autumn, I am sending love and prayers to you and your sisters.
