Tracy Lynn Hartley, 61, residing in Castalia, passed away unexpectedly Sunday morning, November 16, 2025, at her home.

Tracy was born May 16, 1964, in Sandusky, to the late Richard and Karen (Blakely) Warren.

Tracy graduated from St. Mary's High School in 1982. She devoted 36 years to Berardi's in Sandusky, where she began as a cook and later worked as a waitress for many years, forming strong friendships along the way. She also worked as an independent sales representative for Home Interiors & Gifts and for doTERRA.

Tracy loved to read, could always be found with a Dr. Pepper in hand, and was an exceptional cook. She will be especially remembered for her delicious cookies, a cherished treat during the holidays. Above all, Tracy's greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren and embracing her role as a full-time grandma.

Tracy is survived by her husband of 35 years, Edward A. Hartley, whom she married September 21, 1990; her daughter, Samantha (Brandon) Scott of Bellevue; two grandchildren, Eli Carson and Kylin Rylie Scott; sister, Tania (Joseph) Manner of Erie, Michigan; brother, Robert (Jamie) Warren of Bellevue; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

In addition to her parents, Tracy is preceded in death by her triplet grandsons, Gage, Brayden and Lucas Scott.

Friends may call from 10 a.m. until time of funeral services at noon Friday, November 21, 2025, at Groff Funeral Homes & Crematory, 1607 E. Perkins Ave., Sandusky, with Deacon Jeff Claar presiding. Burial will follow at Meadow Green Memorial Park, Huron.
