Barbara Wears Honas, 78, of Bellevue, passed away Tuesday, January 28, 2025, at Countryside Manor in Fremont. She was born December 9, 1946, in Port Clinton, the daughter of Everett and Lear (Butler) Wears.

Barbara was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses and enjoyed cooking.

She is survived by her two sons, Garald Lee Williams of Bellevue and Vincent Baker of Fremont; daughter, Nika Westbrooks of Sandusky; 11 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; brothers, Bill (Shiela) Butler of West Virginia and Michael Wears of Fremont; and sisters, Geraldine (Bill) Skinner of Jacksonville, Connie Crawford of Oak Harbor, and Sherry Wears-O'Quinn of Kingsport, Tennessee.

Barbara is preceded in death by her parents; son, Kenneth Williams; granddaughter, Melissa Williams; brothers, Bud Wears and Larry Wears; and sister, Lori J. Wears.

Friends will be received from 11 a.m. until a funeral service begins at 1 p.m Saturday, February 1, 2025, at Foos & Foos Funeral Service, 151 Yorkshire Place

Bellevue. Private burial will be at Catawba Island Cemetery.
