Beverly L. Pressler, 91, of Sandusky, passed away peacefully on Monday, June 2, 2025, in Cleveland, surrounded by her family, after a brief illness. She was born February 12, 1934, in Sandusky, the only child of John R. and Bertha (Brownell) Holdren.

She was a 1951 graduate of Sandusky High School and a life-long resident of Erie County. She was employed at Erie County Treasurer's Office for 28 years. She was elected and served as Erie County Treasurer from 1986-2001. She was a member of Erie County chapter of Democratic Women and St. Mary's Catholic Church. She enjoyed reading and was very artistic.

Beverly is survived by her four children, Kathleen (Robert) Schenk, Lynn (Gerald) Pressler, and Lori Kuns all of Sandusky, and John (Lisa) Pressler of Northville, Michigan; six grandchildren, Jennifer (Adam) Ramsdell, Adam (Jennafer) Kuns, Jordan (Ashley) Kuns, Kassidy (Matthew) Davidson, Lauren (Kevin Mulach) Pressler, and Nathan Pressler; four great-grandchildren, Mallory Ramsdell, Sydney Ramsdell, Lindsey Kuns, and Gunner Kuns. Also her special friend, George Fischer.

In addition to her parents, Beverly is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Pressler in 2009; and grandson, Justin Pressler in 2022.

Private family services will be conducted at Groff Funeral Homes & Crematory, 1607 E. Perkins Ave. Sandusky with Deacon Jeff Claar officiating. Entombment will follow at Calvary Cemetery, Sandusky.
