Brad Beach Obituary

Brad A. "Brother" Beach

Dec 18, 1949 - Mar 16, 2025

Huron

Brad "Brother" Beach, 75, of Huron, passed away at home Sunday, March 16, 2025.

Born in Lorain December 18, 1949, Brad was the son of the late James and Jean (Kosman) Beach.

A 1967 graduate of Huron High School, Brad proudly served in the National Guard. He owned Sandusky Glass Co., Inc. and worked at Cedar Point-first in his youth as a ride operator and later in retirement as a security guard.

Brad was deeply involved in the Huron community. He was an active member of the Huron Booster Club, serving as treasurer for seven years. He also dedicated six years as a trustee for the Huron Eagles and was a proud participant in the Huron Donut Shop committee, where he enjoyed discussing local events. Brother had an unwavering passion for Huron athletics, especially when his grandchildren were on the field.

He is survived by his children, Colleen (Tim) Beach-Lehrer, Dawn (Sam) Hohler, Ryan (April) Beach, Julie Beach, and James (Alyssa) Beach; his stepson, BJ (Emmy) Manley; and his sister, Colleen (Tim) Zuck. Grandpa "Smokes" will also be dearly missed by his grandchildren, Tori, Jared, Leah, Dylan, Farrah, Landon, Brody, Evelyn, Troy, and Landry.

Brad was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Jeff Beach; and his fiancée, Kathy Wilson.

A celebration of life will be from 4-7 pm. Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at Huron Eagles Club, 2902 Cleveland Rd. West, Huron, OH 44839.

In lieu of flowers, buy yourself a drink, light a cigarette, and raise a toast to Brother Beach.
