Blessings to Charlie. He and my husband, Tom Pusateri, were on the Sandusky Police Force together. Whenever meeting Charlie, he was welcoming, friendly, and funny. God bless to Charlie's family.

Charlie was a sweet man with a kind, loving heart and a wonderful sense of humor. It was a privilege to be his friend. He heard the angels calling him and he went home to Heaven.
