I remember our families would visit each other's homes frequently. It was a wonderful time when Italian families had a history of remaining close

I continue to cherish the great memories of those days gone in the old neighborhood in which I will always remember fondly. I wish we could have stayed more in touch over the years but our futures took us in different directions. Rest well on your heavenly Birthday. I think of you often.

I will always remember Dave and I exploring the fields and woods behind where we lived. These fields and woods are now the extension of Fallen Timbers and the Fox Run neighborhood and most recently developed Redwood community. I recall the night we camped out in the lean-to that we built out of tree branches with a homemade small wood burning stove for heat since it was the middle of winter. I'm still not certain how our mothers ever allowed our camping out. We called the campsite "Green Bay" since the marsh nearby, across the road from the Sandusky Airport, was green and quick sand like. Great memories of those days which I will always remember. I wish we could have stayed more in touch over the years but our future took us in different directions. RIP my friend.

Great memories of Dave and I as young teens exploring the fields and woods around the neighborhood to good times in High School. I know my Dad enjoyed providing flying lessons to Dave and still have his log book.
