Deborah J. French, 75, residing in North Fairfield, passed away Wednesday evening, May 14, 2025, at home following a lengthy illness.

Deborah was born May 1, 1950, in Sandusky, to the late Robert and Rita (Bork) Patsch.

Deborah was a 1968 Perkins High School graduate. She enjoyed gardening, bird watching, and her dogs, but most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

Deborah is survived by two sons, Chris (Becca) French and Chad French; four grandchildren, Tyler, Elli, Ayva, and Vincent; and several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Including her parents, Deborah was preceded in death by her husband, Howard French III; her daughter, Chandra French; and brother, Thomas Patsch.

A private celebration of life will be conducted at a later date. Groff Funeral Home and Crematory Sandusky, is assisting family with arrangements.
