Donald Roy Blosser, 96, of Dublin, Ohio, passed away Thursday, June 26, 2025, after a long and fulfilling life. Don was born June 25, 1929, in Dayton, to Roy H. Blosser and Alice L. (Furry) Blosser. He graduated from Stivers High School class of 1947 in Dayton and Capital University in Bexley, graduating in 1954. Don was drafted into the Korean War while attending college and served honorably in the U.S. Army from September 13, 1951 to September 12, 1953, being discharged as a Sergeant First Class. After college, Don was hired by Columbia Gas of Ohio, where he worked 41 years and 8 months from July 1954 until retiring in February 1996 as District Manager, Northwestern Ohio. During his career and moving all around Ohio with his job, Don was always involved in his communities. Over the decades, he served as President of the Norwalk Chamber of Commerce, President of the Sandusky Area Chamber of Commerce, and President of the Athens Area Chamber of Commerce. Don received numerous awards for his community service and charity work from Congressional Awards to Mayor's Proclamations. Don was a devout Lutheran and proud member of the Capital City Masonic Lodge 656 in Linworth, Ohio. Don married Darlene Lois Young in 1958, and during their 67 years of marriage they had four children. He enjoyed family time, community involvement, reading, sports, playing golf and sketching.
Don is survived by sons, Stephen (Edie) Blosser, Keith (Karen) Blosser, Todd Blosser, and David (Jessica) Blosser; grandchildren, James (Kayla) Blosser, Elijah (Madison) Blosser, Christine (Anna) Blossams, Alex Blosser, Daniel Blosser, Camryn Blosser, Reagan Blosser and Caylie Monrraga-Robinson; and great-grandchildren, Isaiah Blosser, Isaac Blosser, Ian Blosser, Matthew Blosser, Theo Blosser, and Daemon Blosser.
Don was predeceased by his wife, Darlene Blosser; his parents; and sister, Peg Harrold.

Funeral services are under the guidance of Schoedinger Funeral Home – Worthington. Calling hours are from 9:30-11:30 a.m. Friday July 25, 2025, followed by Funeral Service from 11:30-noon.
