Douglas A. Roth, 68, of Huron, passed away Monday, June 26, 2023, at Admirals Pointe.
He was born July 1, 1954, in Sandusky, to Harold (Butch) Edward and Phyllis D. (Maguire) Roth. Doug was a 1973 Sandusky High School graduate and then went on to start his career at GM Delphi / New Departure. He had a love for sports including hockey, basketball, and especially Cleveland Guardians baseball. He also enjoyed collecting baseball cards and coins.
Doug is survived by his wife of 31 years, Cecilia L. Roth; brothers, Jeff (Cheryl) Roth of Lorain, Mike (Yvonne) Roth of Republic, and Matt (Becky) Roth of Sandusky; daughters, Jennifer (James) Wildenthaler of Texas and Kathy Digby; grandchildren, Konner and Marvin Slusher and Jasmine and Jade Wildenthaler; and nephew, Jed Roth.
Visitation for friends and family will be 1-4 p.m. Friday, June 30, 2023, at Foster Funeral Home & Crematory, 410 Main Street, Huron, Ohio, 44839.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Stein Hospice, 1200 Sycamore Line, Sandusky, Ohio, 44870.
Foster Funeral Home & Crematory, Huron, is assisting family.
