Sandusky
Elizabeth M. Warrens, 98, of Sandusky, passed away Sunday, July 2, 2023, at Meadows at Osborn surrounded by family.
She was born in 1924, the daughter of James and Agnes Harple and was a 1942 graduate of Sandusky High School. Elizabeth attended the former Light House Church in Huron. She retired from New Departure after more than 30 years.
Elizabeth is survived by two daughters, Peggy Michalik and Suzanne Wikel, both of Sandusky; grandchildren, Viki (Kenneth Beckholt) Rogers of Columbus, Lori Michalik of Lakewood, Sheila (Tom) Motley of Huron, and Andrea (Scott) Bugel of Milan; great-grandchildren, Kathryn, John Michael, Ian (Alba), Tyson (Rachelle), Whitney (Ashley), and Riley; and great-great-grandchildren, Cora, Lyla, Rocco, Penelope, Lilly, Camryn, Ryder, Cayson, and Kallaway.
Elizabeth was preceded in death by her parents; son-in-law, Louis Michalik; grandson-in-law, Michael Rogers; four sisters; and five brothers.
Visitation for friends will be 4-7 p.m. Monday, July 10, 2023, at Groff Funeral Home and Crematory, 1607 E. Perkins Ave., Sandusky. Elizabeth's funeral will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 11, 2023, at the funeral home with Elizabeth's great-nephew, Donnie Conry officiating. Burial will follow at Oakland Cemetery, Sandusky.
