Evelyn M. Andrews, 88, of Bellevue, passed away Monday, July 4, 2022, at The Willows at Bellevue. She was born April 30, 1934, in Fostoria, the ninth child of Earl and Evelyn (Rohm) Potts.

Evelyn was a member of Flat Rock Ebenezer United Methodist Church. She enjoyed making and cutting pies for the annual Flat Rock Fourth of July parade and retired from Flat Rock Homes. She loved her family and cherished spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Evelyn married James A. Andrews Sr. on July 18, 1953, in Flat Rock. He survives along with their daughter, Kathryn Nageotte; sons, James (Alice) Andrews Jr., Brian (Kim) Andrews, Christopher (Teresa) Andrews, and Scott (Samantha) Andrews; grandchildren, Kyle (Emily) Grote, Tiffany Andrews, Daniel Andrews, Amanda Andrews, Cory Andrews, Kayla Andrews, Tyler Andrews, Madison Andrews, and Kortland Andrews; 15 great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Shirley Mowery and Ruth Warner.

In addition to her parents, Evelyn was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Richard Nageotte; brothers, Emery Potts, Dean Potts, Robert Potts, and Charles Potts; and sisters, Jeanette Stout, Ione Tidd, Eleanor Auble, Velma Scherley, Mildred Niver, Dorothy Sweat, Susan Graffice, and Janice Parks.

Friends will be received Friday, July 8, 2022, from 10 a.m. until the funeral beginning at 1 p.m. at Flat Rock Ebenezer UMC, 7500 N Seneca CR 29, Flat Rock, Ohio, 44828. Burial will be at Flat Rock Cemetery at a later date.
