Harold E. Ballreich, 82, of Port Clinton, died Thursday, April 27, 2023, at his home under hospice care.

He was born Jan. 4, 1941, in Tiffin, to Charles and Savilla (Landoll) Ballreich. He married Sandra K. Lattimore on April 7, 1962, and she survives. Harold drove truck for Heineman Distributing, Port Clinton, retiring in 2008. He was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Port Clinton, and loved to bowl and fish.

Harold's survivors include his wife, Sandy of Port Clinton; son, Steve (Adaire) Ballreich of Port Clinton; sisters, Carolyn Nesselhauf of Clyde and Virginia (Ginny) LaFollette, of Virginia; granddaughter, Suzanne Steffenhagen of Castalia; dog, Suzie; and cats, Jackie and Sophie.

He was preceded in death by a son, Don Ballreich; daughter, Terri Ballreich; twin brother, Charles Ballreich; and sister, Darlene Black.

Private family services will take place at Riverview Cemetery, Port Clinton, under the direction of Neidecker, Crosser & Priesman Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Port Clinton.
