She was born July 25, 1939, in Milan to Wanda Lucille (Hurley) Domhoff and Jesse Allen Condon. She attended both Norwalk and Milan schools, graduating from Milan in 1957. She worked at Norwalk Sears store, Norwalk Truckline, Becker Auto Electric and Suhr Custom Kitchens before her retirement.
She joined St. Paul's Catholic Church before marrying the love of her life, Leon W. Camp, to whom she was married for over 58 years. She was an active person, going to many dances all over northern Ohio with Leon when she was younger, bowling with her family and friends on both Tuesday evenings and Thursday mornings, taking care of the garden and her flowers around the house, baking and cooking for family get-togethers, and playing cards and other games with family and friends. Along with her family, Janice enjoyed camping vacations with the neighbors on the 4th of July for many years, and throughout their marriage, she traveled with her husband to all 50 states and over 15 European countries. Janice supported her children and grandchildren in all of their activities and loved attending their sporting events. She also volunteered at St. Paul's, helping with funeral dinners, Red Cross blood drives, and
Habitat for Humanity.
