Jason William Ford, 53, of Sandusky, also known as Hillbilly and Jake the Snake, passed away after a long, tough battle with cancer Saturday, November 29, 2025.

He was born in Sandusky, July 23, 1972.

Jason enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He loved going to the Jackson Street Pier to look over the water, going out to eat with his mom, listening to his daughters sing, or simply playing an eight-ball pool game on his phone. He was a mechanic in his early adult years and raced in derbies at the Sandusky Speedway.

He is survived by his mother, Joanne (Terry) Jeremay; father, William Keller; loving daughters, Elayna and Shianne Ford; stepchildren, Jessica and Cody Reel; his cherished grandson, Matthias Jordan; and siblings, Jeffery and Sarah Keller. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Jason was preceded in death by his grandparents, Margaret and Walter Keller; great-grandparents, Charles Ford and Mary Dahnke; stepfather, Jim Jeremay; and stepson, Tracey Park.

Jason had a sense of humor like no other and was always making someone laugh. He also had a heart of gold and was willing to help anyone he could. He will be remembered deeply by all.

Friends may call from 3-5 p.m. Monday, December 8, 2025, at Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, 2001 Columbus Ave., Sandusky. Funeral services will begin at 5 p.m.
