Sandusky
Jason W. Kraus, 46, of Sandusky, passed away Thursday, March 12, 2026, at Stein Hospice Care Center, Sandusky, following a one-year illness.
He was born August 28, 1979, at Fort Huachuca military base in Sierra Vista, Arizona. He was a 1998 graduate of Sandusky High School and received his associate degree at Firelands College. Jason was employed at Parts Authority in Huron. He enjoyed working on the computer, video games, and spending time with his siblings and cousins.
Jason is survived by and the beloved son of his parents, Jeffrey and Irene (Donnelly) Kraus of Sandusky, his siblings, Valerie M. Kraus of Toledo, Alexander J. Kraus and Cheryl A. Kraus, both of Cleveland, and many other relatives.
He is preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents.
A celebration of life will be at a later date.
Memorial contribu-tions may be made to Erie County Board of Developmental Disabilities, 4405 Galloway Road, Sandusky, Ohio 44870.
