Jennifer Lynn Chambers, 53, Sandusky, passed away, Monday, June 13, 2022, in Metrohealth Medical Center, Cleveland.

She was born in Vermilion, OH on November 20, 1968 and graduated from Sandusky High School and earned her Bachelor's degree from Bowling Green State University and her Master's degree from Cleveland State University.

She was employed by Cleveland State University in the urban affairs division, and also was a registered nurse.

Jennifer was the ultimate sports mom, attending sporting events for her kids. Family was most important to her.

She is survived by her parents, Mike and Mary Ellen (Troxell) Chambers, Sandusky; children, Carrington McKayle Chambers, Chanceloor Myles Chambers, Chaileen MaKara Chambers, Carlania McKena Chambers and Clarissa MaKala Chambers; Terance Monegan, father to her children, special friends, Kristy Kaufman, Dexter Jones, and Holly Kidd; her dogs, Leeand and Sutton; and several other friends.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents.

Friends may call on Monday, June 20, 2022, from 1-4 P.M. in Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, 2001 Columbus Ave., Sandusky. Memorial contributions may be made to the family. Condolences may be made to the family by visiting toftfuneralhome.com.
