Remembering our beloved brother, Jerry Lewis Forney. Jerry was the eldest son of the late John Lee Forney and the late Janet Graves-Forney McDaniel. Jerry was born October 2, 1957, in Sandusky. He unexpectedly passed away Thursday, May 15, 2025, in Charlotte, North Carolina. The furtherance of his obituary and Celebration of Life Services is 11-2 p.m. Saturday, June 14, 2025, at Mount Zion C.O.G.I.C. 1814 2nd Street, Sandusky, Ohio 44870, with Pastor Ricky Knight officiating.

Words cannot convey my feelings on the passing of my old friend Jerry. I have only the best memories of a person living life despite any difficulties. In short but with acknowledgement he was a great person. And I wish the family the best.
