Laurie Pitts Obituary

I met Laurie when she worked at NOECA. She was very knowledgeable, and very calm and kind anytime I called on her for assistance. Sending prayers for peace and comfort to her family.

Laurie was everything mentioned about her. She was a friend and mentor to many educators in the area. I am so sorry at her passing.

Having gone to school with Laurie, it was always a treat to see her these many years after graduation. It would be as if no time had passed. Laurie's sweet personality and great sense of humor would easily take us back to our last conversation. She was a lovely person whose memory will always bring a warmth to our hearts.

I worked with Laurie for years. She was a huge help as we started and grew our new school. She was such a support both personally and professionally. She was a truly wonderful person!
