Linda Isaacson Obituary

Linda Rudness Isaacson of East Tawas, Michigan, age 79, passed away on Sunday Sept 11, 2022 after a long battle with dementia. Linda was born in Ishpeming, MI on March 15, 1943 to George and Winnifred Rudness. After graduating from the University of Michigan, she practiced as a Physical Therapist specializing in pediatrics, and retired from the Macomb Intermediate School District after 27 years. She is pre- deceased by her parents George and Winnifred, and brothers George and John Rudness. She is survived by her husband of 56 years, William Isaacson, children Stacey Runke, Amy (Steve) Eby, Kevin (Julie) Isaacson, grandchildren: Jacob, Luke, Matthew, Samantha, Noah, Emma and Nicholas; and sister’s sisters Judi (Kevin) Reilly and Ann (Pete) Nault. Linda enjoyed spoiling her grandkids, spending time with family and friends at the cottage, and going to the casino in Las Vegas. She loved summer visits on the Dead River, and watching the Packer or U of M football games. Linda will be remembered as a loving and generous wife, parent, grandmother and friend who will be greatly missed. There will be a celebration of her life planned at a later date.
