Linda L. (Bauer) Kromer, 84, of Sandusky, passed away peacefully early Monday afternoon, Jan. 8, 2024, at her home after a battle with Alzheimer's Disease.

Linda was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church where she served on both the Parish Council and the school board. She was also a member and past President of Erie County Farm Bureau.

She is survived by her family, Matt (Heather) Kromer of Sandusky, Amy (Boo) Sevier of Denver, Colorado, Beth (David) Gassman of Avon, Paula Orzech of Sandusky, Bill (Laura) Kromer of Huron, Mark (Christine) Kromer of Castalia, and Sara (Doug) Solet of Elyria; 23 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Sharon Frey of Aiken, South Carolina, and Mary Beth (Wayne) Roth of Ft. Myers, Florida; sisters-in-law, Mary (Kromer) Icsman and Judy (Kreidler) Kromer Cattano, both of Sandusky; brothers-in-law, Aaron Kromer of Sandusky and Phillip Kromer of Warren, Michigan; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents, William and Edith Bauer; husband, Paul A. Kromer (1997); and grandson, Nick Orzech (2021).
