Linda Ross Obituary

Linda J. Willer Ross

Nov 4, 1954 - Aug 9, 2025

Orlando, FL

Linda J. (Willer) Ross, 70, of Orlando, Florida, was taken from us unexpectedly Saturday, August 9, 2025, while en route to a family vacation. She was born November 4, 1954, to Charles and Marjorie (Kelly) Willer and was raised in the Castalia, Ohio, area as the oldest of seven children.

She graduated from Margaretta High School in 1973 and from Bowling Green State University with a degree in elementary education. She was a dedicated teacher for many years and was loved by staff and students alike. She loved to travel, read, and enjoyed learning other languages through Duolingo. Linda was dedicated to her family and she is greatly missed by them.

Left to cherish her memory is her devoted husband, James D Ross; her children, Jay, Kelly, Heidi (Renè) Berlich, and Eric; her beloved grandchildren, Elian and Alex. Also mourning her loss are her father, Charles; siblings, Susan (Tom) Damanti, David (Janice), Tom, Peggy (George) Lucas, Bob, and Karen (Dan) Auxter; sister-in-law, Cody Seidler; and many nieces and nephews.

Preceding her in death is her mother, Marjorie; mother-in-law, Verdia Ross; and sisters-in-law, Sandy Willer and Regina Holloman.

A Celebration of Life will be from 1-4 p.m. Saturday, April 18, 2026, at First United Methodist Church, Clyde.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be given to the family in care of Jimmy Ross, 8682 Hillside Dr., Orlando, FL. 32810 or Mothers Against Drunk Driving.
