Lynnette M. Galloway, 93, of Sandusky, went home to be with her Lord on Thursday, June 15, 2023.

She was born July 6, 1929, in Sandusky, to Lynn J. and Marion (Riemenschneider) Geiser.

She was an active member of Emmanuel Evangelical and Reformed Church for 65 years and was an active member of the First Christian Church in Sandusky for 23 years. She graduated from Sandusky High School in 1947.

Lynnette retired May 1, 1985, after 30 years, from New Departure Hyatt, GMC. The next 15 years she was known as "The Doll Clothes Lady" at the Stocking Stuffer.

She is survived by her children, Charlotte (Jim) Meador, Diane McKoy, Jean (Wayne) Stump, and Gordon (Mary) Galloway; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; sister, Sue (Nagel) Utter; and many nieces and nephews.

Lynnette was preceded in death by her husband, Charles G. Galloway, to whom she married Jan. 28, 1949, and was married over 50 years until his death in 1999; parents; grandson, Joshua Stump; brother, Glenn Geiser; sister, Carol Stroh; grandma, Nannie; sisters-in-law, Joyce Cheek, Dorothy Neill Shirey, and Margaret Lieb; and stepfather, Howard Nagel.

Lynnette's services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, June 24, 2023, in the Chapel of Meadow Green Memorial Park, Bogart Road, Huron.

Ransom Funeral & Cremation Service, Castalia, is in charge of arrangements.
