MARILYN M. METZ (nee Lindler), age 77; born Feb 16, 1948, entered into heaven January 24, 2026 with her loving husband at her side. Beloved wife of Denis for 53 years; Daughter of Martin and Anna Lindler (both deceased) and Mary Fawcett (deceased); Sister of Marty (deceased), Paula (deceased), David, Joel, Ginny and Arline
Cherished dog mom of Bummer, Yankee, Lucky, Spencer, and Buddy. Aunt of many nieces and nephews, great, great-great, and great-great-great nieces and nephews!!! Friend, co-worker, and neighbor to many.
Marilyn was a retired teacher of 34 years at Cleveland Public School System. She was a devoted volunteer for over 20 years at St. Vincent DePaul Southwest Pantry. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
The family would like to thank the doctors and staff at Metro Hospital 6 West for all their efforts and support.

Mass of Christian Burial at St. Leo the Great Catholic Church, 4940 Broadview Road, Cleveland, Saturday, January 31, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Luncheon immediately following at the Ripepi Community Center, 5784 Pearl Rd., (at Snow Rd.). Private Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery.
