Martha A. "Marty" Kalinich, 83, residing in Sandusky, passed away Thursday afternoon, February 6, 2025, at Providence Care Center after a lengthy illness.

Marty was born March 25, 1941, in Brookfield to the late Andrew and Mary (Naponic) Kalinich.

Marty graduated from Brookfield High School in 1959. She graduated from Bowling Green State University in 1963. She was employed by Sandusky City Schools and retired in 1994.

Marty is survived by her special friends, Gail, Jackie and Dave.

In addition to her parents, Martha is preceded in death by her brother, Charles Kalinich.

Per her request there will be no visitation or services. Entombment will be at Meadow Green Memorial Park in Huron. Groff Funeral Homes & Crematory is assisting with arrangements.

I remember Miss K from Madison school. She was so sweet! I saw her a while back and went up to her and she was still so nice to me. I am so sorry for your loss. She was an angel.
