Melvin Lloyd Hamann, three days old, of Marblehead, passed away Sunday, Jan. 29, 2023, at his home.
He was born Jan. 26, 2023, the son of Michael and Janel (Piechocki) Hamann.
Melvin is survived by his parents; sisters, Jewel, Juliette, and Julianna Hamann; grandparents, Noreen Piechocki of Bryan, Joe Piechocki of Marblehead, and Sandy and Katie Hamann, both of Catawba Island; and great-grandparents, John and Brenda English of Bryan and Roxanne Hamann of Lakeside-Marblehead.
He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Lloyd Hamann, Mike and Marcella Piechocki, Melvin Dell, and Patricia Munn.
Memorial services will be 5 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 9, 2023, at Neidecker, Crosser & Priesman Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Peninsula Chapel, 7755 E. Harbor Rd., Lakeside-Marblehead. Visitation will be 4-5 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate any donation to The Hamann Family Fund in care of Marblehead Bank, 709 W. Main St., Marblehead, Ohio, 43440.
