Michael A. "Mike" Griffiths, 39, of Norwalk, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, June 6, 2024, at home.
He was born May 17, 1985, in Sandusky, to Rick and Karol (Fahrer) Griffiths.
Mike was a 2003 graduate of Sandusky High School. He worked at R&L carriers. More than anything, he loved spending time with his wife, two daughters, and his favorite dog, Gunner. In his spare time, he enjoyed playing golf with his best friend, Tracy Shilling. He was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church for many years and was involved in the youth ministry.
Mike is survived by his parents; loving wife, Melissa (Crapsey) Griffiths, whom he married Oct. 27, 2012; children, Sydney Griffiths and Mackenzie Griffiths; sister, Emily (Cabal Yarne) Griffiths; and a niece, aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Alfred and Faye Fahrer and Richard and Clara Griffiths.
Visitation for friends will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 11, 2024, until the time of Mike's funeral at 12 p.m. at The Chapel, 4444 Galloway Rd., Sandusky, Ohio, 44870, with Pastor Joe Binkley officiating.
Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, 2001 Columbus Ave., Sandusky, is assisting family with arrangements.

Dear Rick and Karol, So sorry about Mike, We loved that kid and enjoyed watching him and Chris grow up you never knew what they were going to get into. Climbing on our roof and Bruce´s, also climbing our TV towere until John decided it was safer to take it down our John climbed it too when he forgot his key he would get in the upstairs window. Michael always had a smile on his face and a hug for me. We are so sorry for your loss and his wife and girls. Sending hugs to you all.

Mike was the best neighbor! He talked to all of us, and we all loved him. He was an awesome guy and he really cared about his family. He was a hard worker. My husband is pretty shy, but he really liked Mike and enjoyed talking to him. We will really miss him. Please pray for his wife and daughters. They are all really awesome too. Prayers to all his family and friends.
